Site Plan Application
Smaller and single development sites may require a Site Plan Application that addresses the requirements, regulations, and concerns outlined by relevant authorities.
We prepare site plan applications for our clients and assist them in getting approval.
Engineering services
Site Plan Application & Subdivision Applications require engineering documents. These documents can include the following: Grading, Servicing, Functional Servicing Report, Stormwater Management, Traffic Study and Swept Path Analysis, Salt Management, Environmental Impact Assessment etc, as per the need of a project.
We help make our clients’ goals a reality with our engineer to create the necessary documents.
Consent/Severance/Minor Variance
Landowners may want to sever an existing lot into smaller ones for sale or development. This requires consent from municipalities, and may sometimes require a minor variance.
We provide expert service in assessing the feasibility of severance, and submitting applications for municipal consent.
Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendment
Property development may require an amendment to the Municipality’s Official Plan and/or Zoning Bylaw.
We work with our clients and the Municipality to apply for Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw amendments, draft them, and get them approved.
