Development proposals often require changes to Zoning and/or the Municipal Official Plan. We use our planning expertise and municipal experience to guide our clients through these processes, and help make their projects a success.

All residential development with more than 10 units on a single lot, and all commercial/industrial developments require a Site Plan Approval. We assist clients in preparing the Application and required documents, and coordinating with Municipalities.

We produce engineering documents required for Site Plan and Subdivision application. This can include Grading, Servicing, Functional Servicing Report, Stormwater Management, Traffic Study and Swept Path Analysis, Salt Management, and Environmental Impact Assessment etc.

A Planning Justification Report (PJR) is a mandatory document required by the municipality and concerned authorities as an integral part of your development application package. It summarizes the design and technical studies. It justifies the project. It must be prepared by a Registered Professional Planner.

As a Registered Professional Planner, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, Punya is accredited to practice across Canada.
He started his career as a professor of architecture and urban planning in Nepal. Since moving to Canada in 2010, he has applied his knowledge and skills as a development planner on the municipal side, as well as in the private sector.
With a specialization in community development planning, zoning reviews, environmental design, and project management, Punya is deeply committed to guiding investors and developers through the complexities of planning and development, ensuring their projects are successful from start to finish.
